Our Psychologists are able to conduct sessions via Telehealth if you prefer

For clients in the Perth Metro area who are unable to commute to our clinic, or clients who live remotely and rurally, we are able to conduct appointments via Telehealth (either video call or phone call) to ensure you are still able to access psychological intervention.

As per our Cancellation policy, if you or your Psychologist are unwell, your appointment will be transitioned to a Telehealth appointment (either video call or telephone call). Our friendly Reception team will call you shortly after your Telehealth appointment to make payment over the phone.

If you would prefer for appointments to be conducted via Telehealth, please inform Reception via call or email at your earliest opportunity.

Please note: assessment sessions are unable to be conducted via Telehealth, and must be conducted face-to-face.
